Moto Guzzi Motorcycles

Moto Guzzi was the first to develop and use elastic frames, which were initially criticized then adopted by all other motorcycle makers in the world. With the implementation of the elastic frame, in 1935, Moto Guzzi was the first non-English motorcycle manufacturer to win the Tourist trophy.

Despite Moto Guzzi's long history of manufacturing superior motorcycles, they have an equally long history of financial difficulties. Luckily, Aprilia believed in Moto Guzzi's bikes and bought the company, giving the necessary funding to keep making motorcycles.
