Dreamcast Games

Though Sega shut down production of the Dreamcast in 2001, many gamers still hold a soft spot for the console that was definitely ahead of its time when it was released in 1999. Its legacy is a strong array of games that provided the foundation of bigger, better things to come on other systems.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 -- The first sequel to the landmark skate classic betters its predecessor in every imaginable category. It's got solid graphics, a terrific trick engine and addictive gameplay.
Virtua Tennis -- This court, nets and racket title was part of a series of sterling "Virtua" titles, which brought polygon graphics and three-dimensional movement to sports and combat games. Virtua Tennis reset the bar for what was expected out of a tennis game.
