    • NCAA -- Info on all college sports.
    • Amateur Athletic Union -- A nonprofit dedicated to the promotion of sports and fitness; organizer of the Junior Olympics, among other events.
    • Craigslist -- In major cities in the US and, increasingly, the world, athletes organize events through the activities section of the community classifieds.
    • Campuschamps.com -- A resource for high school students looking to participate in college sports; tips on finding a school, getting aid, balancing school and sport.
    • The National Alliance for Youth Sports partners with YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs of America and other organizations to promote youth fitness activities outside of school.

  • International Archery Foundation -- Lots of event info, links to training centers, archer bios, rankings, stats. The equipment section is bare bones.
  • Archery -- Wikipedia article on archery, its history and modern competitive rules.
  • ArcheryTalk -- The largest archers' community site has equipment reviews and forums and tips on becoming a better archer.
  • Famous Archers -- The individuals who popularized archery, from Robin Hood (Errol Flynn, Fox, and Prince of Thieves) to Geena Davis.
