Darphin Creme Mask Shea Butter ($47)
Darphin Creme Mask has shea butter plus jojoba and other essential oils. This heavy moisturizer is great for very dry hair. For a less pricey, but almost equal product in quality is Darphin's Conditioning Care with jojoba oil. It costs half as much but is good for a variety of hair types and offers superior conditioning. |
Fresh Sugar Shea Butter ($38)
Fresh Sugar Shea Butter is great for a super conditioner, however, a less expensive option is Jason Natural Cosmetics shea butter. It has the same properties but only costs around $10 for the same amount of product. Another comparable product would be Frederic Fekkai Shea Butter Conditioner ($22). |
Ojon Conditioner ($50)
The quality of the ojon oil (palm nut oil) has been praised by everyone who has used it and the shampoos are just as good (although over-priced). The only drawback to this product is the tobacco smell. You might also try Phytokarité Ultra Nourishing Conditioner, which is also infused with natural oils but better smelling. |
Kerastase Masquintense ($45)
Kerastase brand is very expensive, but they are renowned for creating quality products. This particular product has shown to go above and beyond as a heavy-duty moisturizer. Note that it is practically fragrance-free, which may or may not be pleasing to some people. |
Bumble & Bumble Damage Therapy Masque ($37)
Bumble to Bumble has won the 2005 CEW Beauty Award for this intense conditioning treatment. |
