I telephoned my order and Keith said my item (a North Face Denali fleece jacket) was in stock. I received the item on the day I was told I would receive it and I received exactly what I ordered. Pretty good considering this is the Christmas rush. I will definitely use Getzs again.

I had an easy and pleasant shopping experience while shopping at Getz's. I called in my order, and asked about a specific item I was having trouble locating, and the customer service representative actually went into their warehouse to check on the item. He pulled the item for me, took my order via phone, and was very accommodating and friendly. I can honestly say they went above and beyond when helping me with my order, and they were more than willing to answer my questions. It was a great ordering experience.

I purchased a The North Face Women's Greenland Jacket from Getzs.com and had a great experience. This item was sold out most places, and I spoke with a rep who offered to contact me if they got what I needed back in stock. About a week later I got a call and I placed the order over the phone. 3 days later the jacket was delivered, and it was exactly what I had wanted. The customer service was unbelievable and the shipping was fast, along with a great price.

3/5/05 I ordered a pair of Levis 501 jeans. The site informed me my item would ship in 2 or 3 days. 3/13/05 One week later, having not received the item, I checked the website again. This time I learned that my item is on backorder. The site provided no information on when I might expect to receive my item and no means of canceling the order. When I called customer support on Saturday afternoon, I got an answering machine. 3/16/05 The company did follow up on Monday, they did get back to me and my item shipped on Wednesday. Customer service was polite and apologetic, explaining there must have been an inventory problem. 3/18/05 I just learned that Getzs charged my credit card on March 7th more than a week before shipping the product. I should have been charged on shipment. Also, talking to my sister, I discovered that the $42 price I paid is much higher than I would have paid at a department store.

Wonderful company. I ordered a north face Pumori fleece jacket for my husband on a Tuesday night and received it on Thursday. It was approx. $99 from all the other sites that we found it at, but did not want to pay the price. Getzs.com had it for $49.50. Ordering was easy and speedy delivery. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for sports merchandise to consider them.
