A very good site to purchase quality products. I bought a gift for my wife on her birthday from them. The watch I bought was from citizen and selling for 295$ retail price at most stores. I bought it for only $163 from princeton watch. At first I was little wary of buying an expensive product but when I received it on time, I was really happy. The watch came in original box with all booklates and manuals. It was very fine peice of craftmanship and exactly as in the store. Beware. Though I received the watch I ordered quickly, the overall experience was distasteful. The items listed as "free with purchase" on the checkout summary were charged to my credit card. When I called to have the charges removed, I was told that I MUST have ordered those items because they just don't magically appear on the invoice. I was fortunate to have read the invoice before I gifted the "free" items with the watch I had purchased---then I would have had nothing to return in exchange for a refund of the fraudulent charges. |

I ordered a watch from PrincetonWatches.com after doing a LOT of research. OK, I'm picky. Their website was useful (especially after sending them my e-mail address - which unlocked their discount prices), and their service was very good; from answering pre-sales questions via e-mail, to very politely calling me about my credit card (one-use AMEX number) when they thought it might be a bad card number. I was VERY happy about their service, and their prices are really good, too. Shipping was free (which didn't hurt my feelings at all). I will use them again when I'm in the market for a watch, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends (and to you).
UPDATE - when the watch arrived, the face was far shinier than the picture on their website had shown. I couldn't see the hands clearly because the face behind the hands always reflected, causing the hands to be nearly invisible at times. I contacted them, and they were VERY helpful. I returned the original, and ordered another model (which I've seen in "real life"), and it's on the way as of today.
This company is one I'd rate as excellent. They are good to work with, they are honest, and they are definitely customer-service-oriented. By all means, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I certainly will continue to do so! |

What an incredible deal! I was browsing through the mall, looking for gifts when I noticed the best looking Seiko watch I have ever seen. Enthralled, I tried the watch on. It is beautiful! So, then I looked at the price. $375! Well, there was no way I was paying that much for the watch. The merchant told me there would "probably" be a 25% off sale starting Thrusday, and I could get an additional 15% off if I opened a CC account with them (and, I would need to pre-buy it on the spot, and pick it up on Thursday). That knocked it down to about $240 (plus tax) with a CC I didn't want. Standing there, I thought to myself: "Self, they are knocking $135 off the price of this watch... How crazy must there mark-up be? It is a great looking, high quality watch, and I was tempted to pre-buy (after all, they only had one!), but I decided to go home and look for reviews. Lo-and-behold, PrincetonWatches.com shows up in google, so I check out their site. They had the exact same watch for $209, with $3 2-day shipping. How could I go wrong? Well, (if you read my reviews) not all internet companies treat their customers well. So, I logged onto this site, and here is PrincetonWatches.com with a 10.00 score. Not all of the reveiws are necessarily current, but there are a couple. I decided to take a chance, I received the watch today, had it sized locally for $5. Total for watch $217.

Excellent experience, perfect in every way. First-rate price for the watch, dirt-cheap shipping (free for ground, $3.00 for UPS 2-day). Ordered a Citizen Blue Angel Titanium Sky Hawk on-line on the weekend and the order was processed and shipped on Monday. I also received a UPS tracking number for the order on Monday, and tracked it all the way here. It was on my doorstep when I got home Wednesday afternoon. Princeton is like the NewEgg of watches.
BTW, I bought from them due to the high rating here on Reseller Ratings. RR has guided my purchase decisions for many years (ever since a fiasco that could have been avoided if I'd known about this site...) |

True to their promise, I placed my order at 2:30 pm and they shipped that day, despite being Christmas time. When my wife didn't like the Seiko I picked for her, they let us exchange it for a Citizen with no hassle, and they didn't even charge for 2nd day shipping the second time! (which is only $3 anyway) |

Easy to order, price was much much lower than local jewelers, ordered around noon, was shipped the same day (with next day delivery) and received before noon the following day. |

I purchased a watch through Princeton Watches and got 2nd day delivery for two dollars. The watch arrived, but within a couple of days, it stopped working for a day, but restarted working. The watch was solar powered, but should have a 90 day battery life even without any light.
I had no confidence in the watch, so I contacted Princeton watches and returned the watch for my choice of a full refund or an exchange and they agreed to pay my shipping costs of shipping it back, although I never got around to giving them the receipt for that.
Their customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a watch. |

I ordered an Eco-Drive Skyhawk watch and received it quickly and for a great price. The customer service was fabulous and this is the 2nd purchase I have made from them. 5 years ago I ordered a Seiko Kinetic watch (which I still own) and nothing has changed since. With these 2 purchases combined I should of payed around $1000. However, I have spent about $460-$470 TOTAL! This company is great and I HIGHLY recommend them. |

Everyone else who's left feedback seems thrilled with this company but I wasn't very happy. I ordered a Citizen Eco Drive Wednesday morning with overnight delivery as a gift I needed for the weekend. For some reason I didn't receive the email they sent telling me it was on backorder (hotmail - go figure). I called them that afternoon, only to be told the watch was out of stock and that a truckload was coming in the next day. I called Thursday and was told they were unloading the truck and it might be Friday before it was sent out but that it would be sent out overnight. I called Friday (remember, the emails they're sending aren't getting to me) and I'm told the watch is on backorder again. Further research showed there weren't enough on the truck to fill all orders so I would have to wait until next week. I canceled my order with no problem, but a company that seems largely web-based should update their technology to indicate something is out of stock. This would be especially helpful during the holiday season, when time is of the essence. They to have some great prices and I might use them again, but I will allow plenty of time for delivery and maybe use a different email account! ;) |
