Doing business with this store was nothing short of nerve racking mistake. We bought a fan. Simple enough. It took them a month to send the motor. 6 months later, we still had no fan blades. After giving us every excuse in the book for a half-a-year, they started passing us from one customer service rep. to another; I'm sure to ultimately avoid the issue because they ran out of promises and excuses. We'd had enough. Sent the motor back and just wanted out with our refund. They took a $120 RESTOCKING fee for an item which never completely arrived. Shop with Home Of Decor at your own peril. I promise.
